2. In-Person Training Session

​

At King’s Personal Training, I believe that investing in yourself and committing to a consistent fitness routine is the key to unlocking your full potential. I offer customized 1-on-1 training sessions tailored to your unique fitness goals, as well as fun and motivating group training sessions. My Bronze, Silver, and Gold training packages provide a comprehensive approach to fitness, including individualized workouts, nutrition plans, and progress tracking.

1. 100% FREE Consultation

Before we jump into the training sessions, I like to take some time to sit down with you and establish a baseline.

This won’t be a training session, but I will do a few physical assessments during our meeting. My goal is to find out where you’re starting (point A), where you want to go (point B), and how we’re going to connect the dots to get you there.

3. Virtual Training Sessions

​

I offer individualized training sessions designed to meet your specific needs and preferences. With virtual training, you can achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. Both group and 1-on-1 training sessions are available via Zoom. My Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages provide different levels of commitment, so you can choose the plan that works best for you.

4. Written Programs (Self-Guided)

I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals both inside and outside the gym. I offer a variety of pre-written programs designed to prepare you for your first 5K or help you sculpt your body to perfection. With my self-guided packages, you can choose from the Bronze, Silver, or Gold options, each personalized to fit your individual needs and goals. Let me help you become the best version of yourself.

5. Ready-to-Eat Meals

Fuel your body with our delicious, macro-friendly, and clean meal prep options, designed to support your fitness journey without the hassle of cooking and meal planning. Each meal is carefully crafted to provide balanced nutrition while keeping flavors bold and satisfying. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle, these meals take the guesswork out of eating right.
